Express-1 has a quality management system that has been independently assessed and certified as conforming to ISO 9001. The ISO standards represent an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that our organization can time and time again deliver the product or services that meet our client's quality requirements. These standards give our organization guidelines on what constitutes a quality management system, and models against which our system can be audited to give our organization and our clients assurance that we are operating effectively. Express-1 invites its clients to audit our quality system in order to give them confidence that we are capable of delivering service that will meet their needs. An independent quality system certification body to obtain an ISO 9001 certificate of conformity also audits Express-1's quality system.
