Keep up the good work. I had to use one of your competitors the other day (1st time in 6 months) and they reminded me why I stopped calling them... I also emailed another one of your competitors the quote request on this, the same time as you, and still don't have a reply.  As carriers/brokers we always hear about it when something goes wrong, but rarely when we do a good job.
